Charley enters his second season as Head Coach of the University City High School girls volleyball program, bringing 14 years of coaching experience at both the high school and club levels. Throughout his career, he has been committed to developing student-athletes who compete with confidence, demonstrate strong character, and embrace the values of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.​​

Zoey is originally from Riverside, California, where she attended Arlington High School and graduated in 2023. During her playing career, she competed for both Forza Volleyball Club and Empower Volleyball Club, developing a strong foundation and passion for the game.

After high school, Zoey had several opportunities to continue her volleyball career, including at the NCAA Division II level. She ultimately chose to attend the University of California, San Diego, where she is pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Psychology with a minor in Chemistry.

Zoey began her coaching career at Arlington High School as the Head Junior Varsity Coach and is now entering her third season with Coast Volleyball Club. She is passionate about helping young athletes develop not only their volleyball skills but also the confidence, resilience, and teamwork that extend beyond the court.

Her coaching philosophy emphasizes skill development, competitive growth, and fostering a genuine love for the game. Zoey is committed to creating a positive, challenging environment where every athlete feels supported, encouraged to compete, and empowered to reach their full potential.

Maria joins the program with coaching experience at both the high school and club levels, along with a strong background as a former libero/defensive specialist.

A native of Corvallis, Oregon, Maria played at Crescent Valley High School, where she helped lead the Raiders to the program's first-ever OSAA State Semifinal appearance during her senior season.

Maria began her coaching career as the Head JV Coach and Varsity Assistant Coach at Crescent Valley High School. In her first season, she led the JV team to a 14–3 record while helping the varsity team capture the 2023 OSAA 5A State Championship. She later coached for North Pacific Juniors in Salem, serving as the head coach for 15U and 16U teams, assisting with the 18U program, and helping develop the club's Youth Academy. Since joining COAST Volleyball Club, Maria has assisted with the 17U and 14U teams while leading the club's Youth Academy program.

Maria is passionate about creating a positive, competitive environment where student-athletes can develop both on and off the court. She believes volleyball teaches confidence, resilience, teamwork, and leadership, and she is committed to helping players grow as athletes and individuals. Outside of coaching, Maria is pursuing a bachelor's degree in Communications with a minor in Japanese through Oregon State University.
